Hate working out? Us too. That’s why we created Short & Snatched. Its for the girls who want to feel hot, strong, and confident — without living in the gym. We’re all about short, effective workouts you can actually stick to, a balanced lifestyle that includes brunch and abs, with workouts named after our favorite cocktails (because fitness should be fun, period).


Meet the Founder
Sarah
Hey, I’m Sarah, NCEP-certified trainer and the creator of Short & Snatched.
Fitness has been a huge part of my life — I’ve taught everything from Ab Attack to Barre to Rhythm-Based Cycling, and I lived in the gym for years. I loved building playlists, leading sweaty group classes, and feeling strong in my body. I even got into strength training and could move some serious weight!
But here’s the real story…
I went into college weighing 127 lbs. By the time I graduated, I was 179 lbs and completely disconnected from my body. The Freshman 15? Try 50 — and the worst part? I was working out all the time… but I was stuck in a cycle of undereating, restricting, and burning out.
It wasn’t until I stopped fearing food — especially carbs — and started actually fueling my body that everything changed. I got back down to 130 lbs, not from starving or killing myself at the gym, but from eating right and training smarter — not longer.
Over time, the gym started to feel like a chore. The fun was gone. And I realized:
There have to be more girls like me — girls who want to look and feel amazing, but hate spending hours lifting weights or running on a treadmill.
So I created Short & Snatched — for us.
